Cancellation Terms

• Cancellation must be requested in writing via email
• 50% refund if cancelled before project starts
• No refund if more than 50% of work is complete
• Clients remain responsible for payment of completed work

We're happy to make reasonable adjustments to your project. Significant changes may affect timeline and cost. We'll discuss any adjustments with you before proceeding.
